Money Made Simple
Money Made Simple is a New York City based nonprofit organization dedicated to high quality, free financial literacy education. As the director of Money Made Simple curriculum development since its founding by a private philanthropist in 2014, Anthea Perkinson has focused on creating presentations and instructional materials that make personal finance and investing concepts easy to understand.
Who We Serve
Money Made Simple provides pro bono education to underserved groups through community-based organizations throughout New York City. Currently, MMS is “in residence” at PSS Circle of Care, a grant-funded nonprofit that provides support to family caregivers. Anthea is one of several volunteers currently presenting MMS financial education workshops to older New Yorkers (ages 50+) in 10 senior centers run by PSS.
